Conditional dates for the share listing have been set

Kölleda, 30 October 2025 - Funkwerk AG has been informed by the Munich Stock Exchange that the inclusion and listing of its shares in the m:access market segment will be terminated at the end of 30 December 2025.

Inclusion in the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Munich Stock Exchange will be revoked and the shares will be delisted at the end of 31 March 2026.

These dates implement Funkwerk AG's application for delisting, which was announced in the ad hoc announcement of 26 September 2025.
