Kölleda, 11 December 2019 - Funkwerk AG has unexpectedly learnt today that the Executive Board of euromicron AG, Frankfurt/Main, in which Funkwerk holds a stake of 15.36 %, will file an application for the initiation of protective shielding proceedings with the competent local court in Offenbach am Main. The write-down of the stake in euromicron AG, which is necessary from today's perspective, is expected to have a significant negative impact on Funkwerk AG's net income in the current financial year. The company's operating business will not be affected and the forecast for 2019 in terms of sales and operating result remains valid.
