Dr Manfred Lerch dismissed from the Executive Board of Funkwerk AG

Kerstin Schreiber to be sole member of the Management Board in future

Kölleda, 8 April 2014 - At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk AG dismissed Dr Manfred Lerch (54) from the company's Executive Board with immediate effect. In future, Funkwerk AG will be managed by Kerstin Schreiber (38) as sole member of the Executive Board.
