Alfons Hörmann resigns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk AG
The two other members of the Supervisory Board will also step down at the end of the 2016 Annual General Meeting
Kölleda, 3 May 2016 - Alfons Hörmann, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk AG since 2011, will resign from his position as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and as a member of the Supervisory Board at the end of the Annual General Meeting that resolves on the discharge of the Supervisory Board for the 2015 financial year. The two other members of the Supervisory Board, Deputy Chairman Prof Dr Gerhard P. Fettweis and Dr Manfred Egner, have resigned their mandates as of the same date. Both have also been members of the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk AG since 2011. The Annual General Meeting on 28 June 2016 will decide on the election of new Supervisory Board members.
