Kerstin Schreiber

Kerstin Schreiber has been successfully responsible for the development of the Funkwerk Group for over 20 years. After training as a tax clerk, she completed a degree in business administration. Kerstin Schreiber has worked as a manager at the Kölleda site for many years. Due to her successful work, she was appointed to the Executive Board of Funkwerk AG on 31 May 2013, which she has headed for the most part as sole member of the Executive Board since April 2014.

Dr Falk Herrmann

Dr Falk Herrmann has been a full member of the Executive Board since 1 February 2023. Dr Herrmann, who holds a doctorate in engineering, has gained international management experience in his 20-year career at the Bosch Group, particularly in the Security Systems segment. Dr Herrmann also took over the management of Rohde & Schwarz Cybersecurity GmbH in Munich and shaped the realignment of this division with a strong focus on security-critical communication in the public sector.
