Kölleda, 24.04.2026 - Funkwerk AG has successfully concluded its share buyback programme. As part of the programme, a total of 221.933 Aktien offered to society.
As the number of shares tendered has not exceeded the maximum repurchase amount, will all offered shares be fully considered. A reduction in allocation was therefore not necessary.
The payment of the purchase price for the tendered shares will be made in accordance with the terms of the buy-back offer.
