The world in which we live and work is constantly changing. Knowledge is growing and the way we communicate is changing. These changes affect not only Funkwerk, but all of us. This presents us with major challenges.
In workshops, managing directors and managers reflected on what Funkwerk stands for and how we want to shape our future together. A mission statement must be developed from within in order to be lived by everyone. We therefore asked all employees about the initial results and incorporated their opinions. It was very good to see that the ideas were largely in agreement. Nevertheless, the survey showed that we need to develop further.
With this input, we have developed a mission statement that describes our shared values as Funkwerk. We want to make these values visible, provide orientation and create a framework for decision-making. In this way, we strengthen identification with our company - „That's why I work for Funkwerk.“

These values build on each other and influence each other. They apply not only to the relationships between all employees in all subsidiaries and at all Funkwerk locations, but also to the relationships with our customers, partners and the society in which we live.
The mission statement should guide us all authentically and not disappear into a drawer as a „colourful piece of paper“. We must have the courage to initiate change, formulate our own ideas, address uncomfortable issues and express our opinions. We want the values of our mission statement to be visible in our day-to-day work. We want to create the courage to change and prevent stagnation. It is clear that our environment is constantly changing and that we must continually adapt. Our mission statement should help us to move into the future together and stronger.
